1. Our Privacy Policy relating to this Programme (which can be accessed at https://idevice.ie/policies/privacy-policy out the information that we will collect about you, how we use the information and whom it may be shared with including, but not limited to, details of the promotional information that we hope to provide.

2. In addition to the above, iDevice reserves the right to (i) to terminate the Loyalty Programme; (ii) to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the and/or the Programme by publishing notices on our website www.idevice.ie

3. If you materially breach these terms, and where such breach can be remedied, if you do not remedy the breach within 30 days of a written notice of the breach from iDevice or if iDevice reasonably believes that you have breached these terms and/or abused the Programme, we. may exclude you from the Programme.

4. The Programme is only for consumer use. The Programme cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes.

  6. Winners will be also announced on our social medial channels.
  7. We may need to contact you to set up pick up date and time.
  8. We will attempt to contact you 3 times. If this is unsuccessful another winner will be chosen.
  9. Prize cant be posted. They need to be picked up.  
  10. On the day of collection there will be pictures or video taken for our social channels.
